Since 2012 he has been collaborating with Studio Irvine as senior product designer focusing in many design projects of product, furniture, lighting and tableware.
Since 2024 he collaborates with the POLI.design in teaching product design, covering the role of assistant. He previously taught product design at ISAD in Milan on 2021-2023.
He also participated and participates on national and international competitions. He won some of them such as “fresh e.motion”, “Curti Metallo”, “The copper and the house 2010”, “Design your Sound” and “Colombo Design calls for creativity”.
His works have been published in magazines such as Interni, Abitare, Ottagono, Blu&Rosso, Designer, DDN, ITS News, Case e Stili, Cose di Casa and in the books “Toys for chefs” and “Annual Young Blood 2010”.

Ernesto Messineo graduated in Industrial Design at “Politecnico di Milano” in 2003. In 2007 he began his professional activity collaborating with various companies such as Colombo Design, Damast, Vifra, Curti Lamiere, Forma&Cemento, Ghidini Pietro Bosco and AG Metal
